"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed at all—like the bed had just been made without actually changing them. There was hair and visible stains on the bed, which is completely unacceptable. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The bathroom door was broken, and overall cleanliness was just terrible. It got to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable...

"The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window."

"My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. "

"Don’t waste your money in this hotel. I spend one night here and did not get a minute of sleep. The hotel is not soundproof. You hear everything and anything. The housekeeping staff was screaming, banging and laughing throughout the hallways. If you’re on on the 4th floor you will hear the guests walking around their rooms. "Very disapointed with our stay. Hotel is out of date and is in need of severe modernization. Every 5 minutes, there is a huge 30 second mechanical sound, which almost shook the entire room, making it impossible to sleep despite ear plugs. Breakfast was poor and grossly overpriced. The only upside is the big parking space and easy access to the highway. "
