"There is no on site staff. Communication is bad. Due to the traveling, we missed the email on the door code. So when we arrived, we called 3 times and emailed 2 times but no answer and that was between 3pm to 4pm. We asked around and figured out via Expedia, your website and searched all our emails. Finally we were able to get into the property - an hour and half after arriving.
The shower room did not have a hand rail - concerning the safety. "

Udendørs var flot, fik service dagligt.
Desværre fik vi værelse mod vest den eneste Wing med meget støj fra en meget trafikkeret vej.
Shuttlebus ? ringede 5 timer før og da vi ankom og ringede igen, var chauffør gået hjem.

"When booking a beach hotel, I expect a beach to swim at. There where a small beach filled with trash, sticks and seaweet.
The pool area is fine but there is so much chlorine in the water that you can't swim more than 20 min. before your eyes hurt. There is a nice garden in the middle of the hotel where you can relax and enjoy the sun.
The first night at 00.30am we had to change room, do to cockroaches. We got a refund for the first night after complainting.

"I was here over 20 years ago and never forgot the feeling I had staying in the hibiscus cottage with the most amazing breeze coming through, surrounded by Hawaiian farmland and a peace you have to experience to know. When I stayed here the second time I felt that feeling all over again. It’s a magic I can’t explain, but if you come here, you’ll know exactly what I mean. Pure heaven."

"We only stayed for 1 night, because we were driving to Hana. The lokation was good, but the room we got, was very small and very, very noisy. Beach acces was a bit far, and the price too higt for the room we got ( nr 5 )"

"We liked everything, it’s a wonderful condominium, with all you need, very close ti the beach and they have beach chairs for you to use, we definitely will return to Maui in a near future and we’re going to stay here.
