Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there. Keurig needs descaling. Single AC unit in living room is noisy and leaking on the patio. Bed was noisy and not especially comfortable and pillows were tired and need replacing. Receiving a map before check in would have helped with parking; we had to schlep a bunch of stuff down the hill while trying to locate our place. More parking in lower lot would have been helpful, but doesn't look like room to expand. We stayed for a week and the place felt like home. We enjoyed our stay here.
