"This was the ultimate beach vacation for our family. The house was magnificent, and had plenty of room for our family, siblings, and grandparents. Everyone appreciated the elevator. We had 4 little ones with us all under the age of 3, and the home included a high chair which was very helpful. There was also the option to have the outdoor pool heated during our stay, and this was perfect for the kids to swim even in late October. "Great place to stay for multiple families and friends that have never vacationed together. Spent most of our time in the main house kitchen and living room to accommodate us all. Loved how the owner was quick to answer questions, etc. I rated it a 5 overall, but the place needs a deep clean to get the grunge off the doors and outside furniture and some of the floors. Maybe some paint in between customers. My suggestion includes: labeling the garbage cans, place above garage needs a mini split...

"Everything was better than expected. There were a few minor problems. The water heater kept turning off. We had to relight the pilot light several times, the outside grill propane was low and well I can’t remember the third item. However I called them into the maintenance folks and they were very gracious and professional. I would happily stay there again. "
