"Barely adequate. Awkward, narrow spaces and unsafe for anyone with balance or vision issues. Chain lock on entry door not attached securely to wall. Trim board just pulls away from wall. How about some 3" screws that hit the stud! Soft kitchen floor with hole (trip hazzard)Not a comfortable chair in the place. Pillows hard as a rock and beds very uncomfortable.Overall, your typical OOB rental. Only invest enough in the property to make it look good in pictures, sell the location and the beach...

"This is a pet friendly cottage with close proximity to the beach and within walking distance of the pier and amusements of Old Orchard Beach. The property is VERY rustic but very clean with a lot of towels and comfortable beds. Our biggest complaint is that the internet is weak and unreliable. This is a problem for anyone who needs to work remotely or if your kids want to watch TV on a rainy day or in the evening. This property met most of our basic needs."

"Excellent property! Clean and well appointed. There was everything you could need within a 5 min drive radius. Communication was excellent. There was a fire alarm battery beeping when we arrived and they addressed it very quickly. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area!"

"We ended up staying only one night although we had booked 5 nights. The location and amenities were fine, but the fact that the bedrooms were upstairs and the bathroom down a rather steep flight of stairs, was something we hadn't expected and weren't comfortable with (bad knees). Also of note is that to get to the second bedroom, one has to walk through the first bedroom; and the upstairs could also be cooled only with a (very loud) standing air conditioner in the second bedroom.
