"This was our second time staying at this beautiful, comfortable, and very spacious beach house. It is extremely well equipped and stocked in every way, from beach chairs to games and puzzles. "The toilet did not flush ! Ihad to remove the tank lid and lift the stopper. It was late and I neede to get to sleep rather than wait for a repairman.
In the morning the room was cool and I attempted to adjust the thermostat and it was flashing a battery symbol. I reported it to the desk attendant and he apologized.
How can a room be cleaned by an employee and not notice these issues?
I was expecting better from HIlton."
