"Nice staff and room"

"The Inn was a refreshing change from the usual hotel room in the usual hotel, and I'm glad i stayed there for two nights. First, the good. Ten rooms. A bar downstairs. The room was spotless, and the bath appeared to have been rwcently rehabbed. Everything worked well. The rooms are on the second and third floors, reachable either by stairs or a two person lift. "The breakfast was always fresh and presented well. Good quality and extensive meal choices. Staff all very pleasant and polite. My car was very safe in the covered car park belonging to the hotel."

"Great views of the seaside, wonderful staff and really good location. The common areas are very welcoming, and the restaurant serves great food. Unfortunately, the windows were in poor condition and the noise from the road, the race course and the wind made it really difficult to relax during the day and to sleep at night. Earplugs 100% recommended. They also let the cold in at night, so don't be deceived by the high temperature in the rooms/building during the day."

"The property was clean and the communication from the owners was good. However it does need some time spending on getting things sorted. All the beds need new mattresses we had to put all the duvets down to sleep on top of and even brought an air bed due to being so uncomfortable. Some other minor points, the kettle lid was broken and could only be opened by picking from the side (not safe when hot). The curtain rail in the main bedroom was hanging out of the room. "did not need to park. very comfortable bed everything we needed and the staff were excellent and very helpful, good access to all areas including the cliff tram as we have bad knees ? we will be staying again in the near future. all good. "

"Comfortable bed, some noise from people on the landing as there was a gap at the bottom of the door but this was only a minor inconvenience. Friendly staff, plenty of teacand coffee in the room too."
