"We liked this place so much that we booked it again on our second swing by Bologna. This is the PERFECT base if you are doing the cheese and acetto tours, plus it is a gorgeous classical Italian country villa. The parking is a bit confusing, and the is hardly any signs that point you to the check-in office, but it is a minor issue UNLESS you arrive after 8pm. "My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Roncolo! The hotel is new and beautiful, everything is clean and stylish. The hotel, pool, and restaurant sit on a large area of secluded land so you feel very removed and peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes from the nearest town.
