"I booked 2 rooms. My 2nd room was booked for Kimberly Burkhart. We checked in, left our room for a bit to then find out that they also assigned this room to another couple giving them keys to Kimberlys room. This other couple went into Kimberlys room with out her knowledge or approval. VERY UNEXCEPTABLE. The front desk acted like it was our fault and offered nothing for having to spend another 45 minutes at the desk to get it straightened around. NOT HAPPY"

"The hotel itself was different from what I’m used to and I think that’s what drew me in. Loved the large windows and the views if the city. Loved the king bed and how simple the room was. Perfect for a quick trip but would be a great option for an extended one as well since there were many walkable options and travel by car was quick too. Will definitely seek out Kasa hotels in the future!"

"I was in town for the day for the Tigers/ Pirates game. The location couldn't be beat, not having to go in post game traffic.
The only down side was the limited space for check in parking. After check in and parking in the main lot everything was smooth. "
