"Heavy cleaning solution smell upon walking in. Queen mattresses on full frames so mattresses wouldn't lay flat (had to modify myself for some comfort) shower curtain poorly mounted/cheap rod leaving water pouring onto bathroom floor at start of shower (excellent water pressure though!) no way to lower heat so left window open all night but no fan to move air around. Attempt to a boutique style place but only 80%. Small things but all adds up. I'd consider staying again. "

"You had to drive quite a bit aways to reach places but it's a rural area. Very beautiful, neighborhood is very friendly to everyone. Very helpful with directions and questions. It's quiet and peaceful. If you need tranquility this is the place. "

Great location; read a book on every deck possible and in the sunroom :) very peaceful place to stay.We went to Hammondsport a few times, hit up some wineries, biked the Keuka outlet trail and relaxed to the max. Beautiful house, beautiful location. Bring your own camping grill if needed. Easy to find/get...

"Very clean, spacious home. Easy to find. We enjoyed our trip very much. 2 good sized tables. We always play board games at night. Dominos this trip. Kitchen was great and unfortunately we didn't get to use the beautiful front porch this trip. No clutter for little boys to get into. It was perfect for us!"
