Our house is situated in a tranquil village close to all the amenities in Savigne and Civray. The cosy house sleeps 6 people with the gite annexe an additional 4 people (the bedrooms in the gite will not be available for parties of 6 or less, the bathroom and kitchen will be open) . The heated 10m x 5m pool will provide you with a great lazy days holiday set in a quiet private plot. There are sunloungers and poolside furniture under a retractable gazebo. The pool has a safety cover which conforms to regulations so is safe for the kids when not in use.

There are plenty of local attractions and activities for those wanting a more active holiday. There is canoeing, cycling, horse riding, walking, tennis, golf, a water park all within an hour and a leisure centre in Civray amongst some of the activities available.

The beaches at Royan and La Rochelle are about an hour and half away. The Futuroscope park is about 45 minutes away at Poitiers.

The towns of Ruffec, Angouleme, Poitiers, Cognac and Niort are all in easy reach.
