"Nice house. The owner is very helpful."

"The pictures are accurate as seen on the website . However, the amenities left a lot to be desired. The six bath towels were good and the 7 washcloths were horrible as some had bleach stains on them and they were very thin. No hand towels were provided to dry your hands on in the bathroom. Nor were there paper towels in the bathroom for that purpose. The other rooms were clean but the bathroom needs a deep cleaning . No cleaning products were provided either. "

"The house was normal. No major issues. We were told there would be a washer and dryer, but it did not have one accessible. It appeared to be in the garage, but the garage was locked and no one would respond.Our check in was 3:00 pm on Friday, at noon on Friday the company managing the property tetzy? told me that I needed to provide everyones first and last name and their cell phone. Seemed strange. 1. Why wait until the last minute and 2. Why do you need everyone's contact? I saw this request,...

"The home was beautiful and felt very new, up-to-date and modern. The home, as well as the location, were lovely and peaceful. We were in the area for a wedding and had other family members in another VRBO. We were all able to come together (apprx 16 of us) at this home for hamburgers on the grill and to sit back, relax and enjoy marshmallows over the firepit later in the evening. "

"Very nice home with a lot of that small town charm. Very detailed guest book with places to eat and a lot of good information. Beds were comfortable and plentiful for our small family. Owner was in good communication and very responsive if needing something. Provided everything you could need so can pack lighter. "

"We enjoyed our time in Chicago. The house was great and had lots of space. It was easy to get to and from downtown Chicago. Check in and communication was great. The parking was street parking but we never had an issue finding a parking spot. There wasn't really anything within walking distance but that was fine. Overall this was a perfect place for our family."

"Beautiful property, wonderfully maintained with everything we needed. We loved all the fun artwork, games and being so close to the beach. Would definitely recommend!"

"Listed as private home , once you get there and read the house rules it states shared refrigerator with owner. Owner comes in while you are gone and turns off all lights and the Ac, even goes into your locked room to turn off ac."

"5 stars . This was a great place and we had an awesome time. 3 different generations and everyone was happy. No waiting on the bathroom and we all had our bedroom. Owner ledt me"

"We enjoyed the stay and being able to bring our dogs was the best. The property is great, we did not use the hot tub, but did walk to the beach and that was great. There is also great food within walking distance so that was a plus too. Would stay here again. Just would recommend you do not try and come in a full size pickup with 8 foot bed, parking was a challenge even though they do have plenty of parking. It's a narrow lane the home is on and tricky to get the truck in and out. Next...

"Our stay at the 1919 Cabin was absolutely wonderful! The home is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and created such a relaxing atmosphere. Our guests felt comfortable and at ease throughout our visit. Everyone at the club was warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We truly can’t say enough great things about our stay and are already looking for another reason to return. Thank you!"
