"We were a group of 3 couples --- all over 70 years old. Having all of the rooms and the porches on one level was perfect. Driving into the driveway, you are greeted by a really beautiful beach home. Opening that front door invites you into a living room decorated in wonderfully comfortable furniture and a full view of the back porches, beach, and seating at the water's edge. The bedrooms are spacious , comfortable, and each served by its own bath. We prepared our meals and enjoyed the...

"We booked this property because it was pet-friendly and the location. We were a family of three traveling with our dog. We enjoyed our stay on this property. The home was clean and easy to access. The large fenced yard was perfect for the dog. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops downtown. Communications with the owner was great. It was a nice weekend getaway. We would book this location again."

"Lovely location for our family gathering-some from Alabama and some from Louisiana. Our first grandchild turned one and his parents wanted to celebrated by taking him to the Mississippi Aquarium. This lovely location right across the street and with unobstructed views of the water allowed us to gather together to celebrate. The open kitchen/dining/living allowed us to cook, eat, and visit...as well as catch a football game or two on the big screen TV. There was lots of space for everyone as well...

"Historic building with modern additions. Everything you need for your stay is provided.Loved the screened porch and zero entry pool. Across the street from the beach with a large fenced in yard for our two dogs to play.Small suggestion, the only addition is a full size mirror. Highly recommend this property."

"The beach house was beautiful and well stocked. Everything was just as pictures showed. We found everything that we needed. We were a group of 5, the ladies were classmates/ close friends through high school. We found the stairs to be a bit of a challenge, but overall, well worth it. Check out Blue Pelican 2. The houses look the same, but it has a cargo lift for luggage, etc."

"This is a beautiful property! The pictures of the listing are accurate. The kitchen is well stocked so that you can prepare your own meals. The two beds we used were comfortable. The playroom and downstairs screened porch were our favorite places to hang out! We loved the privacy and how quiet it was.
