Welcome to "Your Sarnia City-Cottage". Available for short or extended stays.

This home offers double sized beds in two of the bedrooms and a single sized bed in the third bedroom.

For larger groups, the main floor living room does have a sofa bed available that will sleep two persons. It should be noted that all 3 of the bedrooms have locks for added security and privacy within your group.

For those who love to cook... there are pots and pans in the kitchen if you wish to create your culinary masterpieces. And of course, there are plates, glassware, eating and cooking utensils provided too.

Your Sarnia "cottage in the city" is a great balance of having all the nearby conveniences while not being overwhelmed in a huge space . This home also provides a fully fenced green space (backyard) to keep families and pets safe and features a fire pit for your outdoor cookouts.

We are a pet friendly home, and there are no additional fees to bring pets. Note to Pets: Yes, please bring your well trained humans for extended stays... we know it is hard for them to be away from you.

Special notes to newer community members... to assist you in packing a bit lighter, we've put together a few short FAQ responses:

✔ Yes, freshly laundered bedding is provided and already in place for your stay

✔ Yes, we also provide towels and some fantastic "earth friendly" amenities like shower gel, conditioning shampoo, soap... our guests love them (check out the reviews of our other listings!!) ** Insider Tip: Check out the basket in the bathroom closet, there are some additional items just in case you did forget an essential... there is a good chance that we might have you covered :)

✔ Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with the fridge, a full sized gas stove and small appliances including a toaster, microwave, and coffee maker.

✔ Yes. Coffee and tea are provided.

✔ Yes. The traditional kettle is waiting on the stove... come get settled in.

✘ Heck no!!... you do NOT have to bring your own toilet paper. We are thrilled to report that toilet paper is provided (I must say, it's the nice stuff too) Rest assured that we have your backside covered. :)

The home is comfortable and cozy year round. Whether it be for work, school or play... you'll find the comfort you are looking for in your home away from home at your Sarnia "cottage in the city".We are located on an easy to find main road. Within a 20-30 min walk you can discover a couple different local beaches, an amazing fresh indoor market place, liquor store and a fine dining restaurant. Everything else is within a 10-15 min car ride.
Located a few minutes down a parallel street, you can discover Point Edward and the Bluewater Bridge. Some of the best fries in Canada can be enjoyed while walking along the beautiful St. Clair river. For a something a little more substantial in the same area, there is also a great little bistro, an Italian restaurant (that serves "family style"), some unique shops and of course a couple ice cream parlours.

There is a single set of stair (10 steps in total - I believe) to get to the upper level of the home where two of the bedrooms are located.
