"I enjoyed my stay here. A short ways from town, a quiet location and clean accommodations. I believe that most all listings in the travel apps need much improvement on ease of actual property locations. Pictures of key locks and location of actual unit need to be posted more clearly. Possibly an information letter to greet guests with community information. Contact information, etc. Overall, this unit was very nice!"

"My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The hosts are kind and friendly and made several excellent recommendations for things to do in Ocotal and even helped us map out a route to our next destination. "My family and I had a great stay in the condo. Some suggestions are to replace all bath towels , they were stiff and dingy even after washing. One towel tore when I husband used it to dry off. Master bed is on the hard side. Great view and walking is doable not most places it a rental car helped to travel to more places."

"Everything is walking distance (within about a 2 km radius). The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook all your own meals. The back patio is definitely a plus: I had my morning coffee while bird watching, and on several days there were howler monkeys. The front patio is covered, so you can sit outside and enjoy the thunderstorms while staying (mostly) dry.
