"Our stay was absolutely perfect! Ilya, the host, was so helpful, even before we arrived, sending us links and ideas of what to do and where to eat, etc. The condo was in such a great location, minutes walk from coco beach and many shops and restaurants and so centralized to visit tons of other beautiful beaches. Close proximity to do tours and visit other areas. The condo itself had everything you could possibly need. It was a gorgeous condo and has amazing views from each balcony, especially...

"Luis was an excellent host. He was helpful before and during our stay. He answered all of our questions quickly and offer support for our stay. The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others."

"This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach."

"We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination. The location for different beaches and near great food and shopping was great.The host was very fast and clear in responses."
