"My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend as we were attending a wedding. The property was exactly as advertised. Such a cute, cozy beach house. Perfect for relaxing and just steps from Twin Lakes State Beach and walking distance to some great eating spots. Harbor Cafe breakfast was delish! One of the best VRBO's that we've stayed in. Would definitely come back again!"

"Neat, clean comfortable, well appointed kitchen, good facilities. A little issue gaining access due to a VRBO glitch so check with the Host to see that has been resolved but I would rent this place again. Minimal "check out" requirements appreciated. "

"Great location, view and accommodations. We were there to celebrate a milestone adult birthday. We had ages 9-68. The only challenges were the steep stairs and 3 levels(kids didn’t mind it!) and keeping everyone contained to the small patio area )open on both sides) Host was reasonable and very responsive. "

"Perfect weekend, perfect location, incredible access to Capitola and the coast. We had activities planned at the beach and up in the Santa Cruz Mountains and easily made our way around. Walking everywhere and snagging the occasional Uber allowed us to leave our cars parked the entire time!"

" Very clean and stocked very well had everything we needed communication was great, the reason we do not give a 5 star and could honestly be much lower had they not excelled in every other area is the hot tub advertised was not functional and pool heater is disconnected which is one of the main mean reasons we picked this home."

"This house was absolutely gorgeous with a stunning backyard that was perfect for coffee and reading in the morning or unwinding before bed at night. Pam was a gracious host who made everything very smooth. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We have stayed here before and always have a wonderful time. The location is wonderful with the beach, restaurants and stores nearby. Getting to stay in a vintage home that's fairly well taken care of is a treat. We hope to stay there again!"

"Amazing! Clean, colorful, with thoughtfully designed spaces that accommodate a variety of preferences and needs. Absolutely beautiful art in every room. My favorite thing was the tiles in the "Lifeguard" bath upstairs. Laurie was easy to communicate with, and the beach (my favorite in Santa Cruz) is literally six houses away! The outdoor shower was a lifesaver after our multiple trips for sandy feet (human and canine). My only regret is not spending more time lounging in the beatiful backyard....

"Our extended family of eight spent a long weekend at the beach to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. This house was perfect for us. The location is excellent in a quiet neighborhood a two minute walk to the beach. The house itself is clean and well laid out. The kitchen was plenty big for all of us to make breakfast and we used the huge table to play board games. I highly recommend this spot."

"Location, location, location! Not only was this a perfect little home with wonderful decor, but its location couldn't have been better. We reserved the home for a short girl's weekend and it was the best weekend. The beach house couldn't be cuter, was well equipped, clean and so easy to check in and check out. We'll be back - for longer this time!"

"Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests. However the best part is the sound of the big waves breaking at night as you sleep with open windows. I have trouble sleeping at home and I really caught up on sleep during...

"I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!"

"Tja jeg ville jo nok ikke vælge det hotel igen, de vil nok gerne gøre det godt men det virkede som et sted uden en manager mere som et sted med en stribe ansatte der arbejder sammen efter bedste evne men uden en boss til at koordinere indsatsen og der manglede “attention to detail” i alle sammenhænge. Hotellet er pænt udefra og indvendigt men værelserne er en anelse slidte og der lugtede lidt mystisk. Jeg havde en balkon men kunne ikke komme derud og loftet faldt lidt ned ude på badeværelset og måtte bede dem op at rydde op efter det. Så blev det repareret og så måtte jeg bede nogen om at rydde op efter håndværkeren. Altså søde mennesker men ingen chef. "
