This gorgeous home is nestled into one of the serene neighborhoods conveniently located close to the beaches, downtown, Arlington Park, and locals favorite restaurants! With the spacious living and dining areas with high ceilings and natural light flooding in, this space is both inviting and cozy for the family! The large and beautifully decorated bedrooms are perfect for a good nights sleep after a day at the beach. One of our favorite features of this home is the indoor electric fireplace next to the 55" Smart TV- making this space ideal for evenings spent with the family! This home has a way of enchanting you and ensuring that you never want to leave!

After a day at the beach, unwind and relax with a cook-out under the stars in the backyard, then snuggle up for a good movie on the couch or a game with the family! We have something for everyone in your group! While the home is stunning, we have a feeling that you will want to spend most of your time outside during your visit to Waldemere House!

Having such a beautiful space to enjoy your vacation time in is ideal! Located diagonally across the street from Arlington Park! This aquatic facility has 2 pools, outdoor athletic courts, a picnic area, gym, playground & walking trail. Daily rates are offered throughout the year averaging $4 per adult and $2 per child. This space is perfect for enjoying the laid-back pace of this beautiful beach town, while being conveniently located to downtown and a plethora of delicious foodie-inspired restaurants! We are confident that Waldemere House will exceed your vacation expectations, and we cannot wait to (hopefully) host you soon!

NAVIGATING THE AREA
The Bay Runner is a new, open-air trolley that provides complimentary service seven days a week, until midnight, with multiple stops along the way between Lido Key, St. Armands Circle, and downtown Sarasota!

*Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need during your stay.

Please Note:

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

4. We do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!

7. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay in the Sunshine State!

8. Pool Heat: This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November 21st through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra costs. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates. Any request for pool heat outside of these dates will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee. Swim at your own risk.
