St Armands Circle is just a few blocks from the house! Lido Key Beach is just one block!

The first floor: Two bedrooms with one King Sized bed each and one bedroom with two double beds, perfect for a restful night.

Also features two full bathrooms each with shower.

Guests can relax in the living room, which includes two sofas and a rollaway bed for extra comfort. (Sleeps 1 guest)

The upper level:
Featuring one bedroom with private bathroom, living room with sofa sleeper, dining area, and upper level porch which overlooks the beautiful yard, quiet streets with walking path, and neighborhood.

The beautiful upper level suite features one comfortable King sized bed, perfect for a-restful night, large living room with sofa sleeper, one bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. There is not a stove or oven. There is an electric skillet, a slow cooker, and an electric hot plate for cooking and a microwave.

The main level offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, while a private primary suite is accessed via a breezeway with its own exterior entrance ideal for added privacy. Upstairs, a separate guest suite (built in 2007) includes its own private entrance, 1 bedroom, living area, full bath, washer and dryer, and a balcony perfect for guests, extended family, or rental potential.

The inviting eat-in kitchen opens to the backyard, where you’ll find a sparkling in-ground pool (2007), creating the perfect indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS:
The main level features a level entry shower and ease of wheelchair access (28” narrowest width). into the home. (There is a 2.5” step at the main entry. A man n entry ramp is located at the house if needed. The metal ramp is 36” across.

The shower is level entry. The shower sprayer is adjustable and perfect for your needs!! We are so excited to offer this accessible home close to the beach! I know first hand how difficult it can be to find a truly accessible home!

Note: the main entrance doorway is 29” width as are the other doorways in the home.

TROLLEY SERVICE:
Sarasota County is delighted to welcome the Bay Runner trolley route to the Breeze transit network! This free trolley is funded by the City of Sarasota and connects downtown Sarasota to shopping, dining, and waterfront experiences at St. Armand's Circle, Lido Beach, and Ted Sperling Park.

The Bay Runner operates from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. It has modified hours on these holidays:

New Year's Day: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Thanksgiving Day: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Christmas Eve: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
New Year's Eve: 8 a.m. to 1 a.m.

Each trolley has a wheelchair lift and two designated wheelchair spaces.

PROVIDED WITH YOUR STAY:
The basics are provided such as body soaps, body wash, lotion, conditioner, pre pasted toothbrush, bathroom tissue, towels, sheets, linens, comfortable bedding and pillows, basic kitchen essentials such and cooking essentials, spices, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, creamer, bottled water (6) each level.

You’ll need to purchase additional items for your own preferences.

Conveniently, there is a Publix grocery store located within 4 miles of the house. Please plan accordingly to be sure you have needed supplies.

You’ll have three total bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, and basic essentials. The house also offers heating and air conditioning to keep the temperature just right. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or spending time with loved ones, this peaceful retreat has everything you need. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Sarasota.
The entire yard is fenced. The pool is in ground and heated in the cooler months.

There is a kayak rental nearby and stand up paddle boarding nearby. Be sure to check out the mangrove tunnels, located down the street.

No Smoking allowed. No pets allowed.

Lawn & Pool Service
Pool service is On Thursday between 8-12noon arrival time lasting approximately 30 minutes

Lawn service is on Tuesdays 10:30-11:30 am
Our wonderful lawn team work be mowing, trimming and blowing during this time each Tuesday 10:30-11:30 am

The automated sprinklers turn on at 1:30am and are off again before 4:30am

Leaving the property with excessive trash, strong odors, or in an unsanitary condition will result in an additional cleaning charge starting at $350.00. Please dispose of all garbage and remove any open food or beverage items from the refrigerator and freezer prior to departure.

If failure to comply with the house rules results in compensation, discounts, or refunds being issued to future guests, you may also be held financially responsible for those associated costs.

Please be respectful of all house rules throughout your stay. Violations including, but not limited to, excessive noise, unauthorized visitors, improper parking, tampering with security devices, or disturbances to neighbors and the surrounding community may result in penalties of up to $1,000 and/or immediate termination of the reservation.
