The house is located on a quiet residential street in the Gulf Gate neighborhood of Sarasota. It is known for its proximity to Siesta Key Beach, which is approximately 4-5 miles away. Downtown Sarasota is also relatively close, typically about a 15-20 minute drive, depending on traffic. There are various shops and restaurants in the Gulf Gate area, making it a convenient location for travelers.

Our private driveway can easily fit 3 cars.
