Adorable 2 bed/ 2 bath 1400 square foot home located in Sarasota, FL. This property is located west of US 41 and approximately 1 mile to the south bridge of Siesta Key with close access to beaches. You will love the proximity to Siesta Key without having to get stuck in traffic any time you go on or off the island! Enjoy a quiet residential neighborhood which is great for walking while having restaurants, shops, and attractions all at your fingertips. Walk down the street to the intercoastal where you can enjoy a sunset or fishing off the sea wall. There is a public park nearby (Phillippi Estate Park) as well within walking distance (enjoy a farmers market during season). Enjoy the enclosed patio area with private pool and outdoor seating. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $20 per day, please let host know prior to arrival if you would like this turned on as it does take a day to get to desired temps. Nature lovers will love the large tropical backyard filled with trees and chirping birds. Enjoy a small outdoor patio table under the string lights or cook s’mores under the stars in the outdoor fire pit. Beautiful original terrazzo floors through with open kitchen floor plan. 1 dog allowed with prior owner approval and paid pet fee. Dog must be over 1 year old and well mannered. Please keep off furniture and pick up after. The home's water supply is on a well and although we do have a filtration system/softener, we do not recommend drinking the water for taste reasons. The water is perfectly fine for cooking, bathing, washing dishes, brushing teeth, etc..but we suggest bringing spring water to drink. Enjoy 2 complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, & a cooler for a relaxing day at the beach! We have an electric pump so bring a raft too! The home is intact after the storms, the beaches are still beautiful, the village is open, and most restaurants as well. Come see us! * Please note there is a 25 foot RV parked off to the side in driveway (this is not in use during your stay or occupied, only parked there).

Perfect little getaway

“Absolutely loved my stay at this cute Florida house in Sarasota! The host was lovely, kind, and so accommodating — made everything easy and stress-free. The home had everything I needed for a quick weekend trip (wish I could’ve stayed longer!). Adorable decor, nice neighborhood, and the surprisingly huge backyard with the pool was the cherry on top. Highly recommend!”

Great place with all amenities, Carrie really thought of everything for a family to enjoy their stay just bring your suitcase/clothes. Close to beaches, shopping and etc. Great neighborhood as well.

My family of four loved this vacation home. We have a 14 year old and a 12 year old plus a small dog and this home was perfect for us. My daughter loved the pool and my husband enjoyed the bikes. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You are only a mile from the south bridge to Siesta Key. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to others. Thanks Carrie!

Amazing!

Loved the place, loved the neighborhood, loved the pool, loved the short drive to Siesta Key. It was nice to come home to a quiet relaxing place after a day on Siesta Key. Carrie was very responsive. There are always issues an how quickly they get resolved is everything. My issues were so minor but Carrie addressed immediately. I will be back!

Just 9 minutes to Siesta Key Beach and when you get back enjoy a late swim in the pool. Very nice home and neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay!

Our Sarasota trip

We had a great time in this rental and the host was very accommodating. It’s very close to everything and just the right size for a small family. The pool is relaxing, the amenities are nice (like beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and more), it’s a clean house with beautiful trees and plants in the yard. The neighborhood is in a great location where you can easily drive to the beaches and come back to the house during the hot part of the day to relax. The traffic on the main roads in the immediate area does get pretty crowded but it’s nice that everything is so close, you do have to drive far. We did contact the host and she responded right away to help us.

Perfect Getaway

Great place to stay for a mini vacay. Our boys absolutely loved spending time in the pool after some beach time in the morning. The home was exactly as listed, no surprises and perfect for a family of 4. The location was also a plus with everything near by. We would love to come back soon.

Family Vacation

We really did like the place. It was clean and comfortable. The screened porch was our favorite hang out. The pool was perfect for jumping into after beach days. And speaking of beach days, the "good" beach chairs and umbrella were provided. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were firm, too firm for my liking, but other family members were fine with it. Luckily the couch was big enough and very cozy! Best of all, the AC worked good and it was hot outside!

Perfect in every way

Loved this property, it is in a fantastic location which is perfect for every need whether shopping, beach, eateries it was all minutes away. The pictures are accurate and the home is actually bigger in person. Kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil needed for those who like to cook as well. Host is kind, and responsive. Check in and out is a breeze. I will book again in the future. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this lovely home!!!

Quiet slice of paradise

We stayed in Siesta Key for a wedding so even though we were out for the festivities, every moment we spent in the house was heavenly…from the refreshing dips in the pool to early morning coffee in the backyard with the seabreeze and the bunnies! I could have stayed for another month! Siesta Key Beach is a short drive away with plenty of parking. We are FL natives and live near Pinellas county beaches so we wanted a quiet place close to the water but not in the touristy areas. Siesta Key/Sarasota is like stepping back into old FL vibe. Delightful! Carrie was very responsive. I will definitely rent again if we come back to the area!

Peaceful getaway

This place was very clean, the kitchen had just about anything you might need. The couch was comfortable and large, both beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was huge, and the provided cooler and beach chairs worked well. Just fyi if you’re going with littles, the locks on the doors are mainly at the level of the handle, including the sliding glass doors that lead to the pool. Our kids are 2 & 4. There were even a few toys and kids books which was nice.

Wonderful stay

My Husband and Son came up for a baseball tournament in the area and the home was the perfect fit to relax and unwind after a long day of games. Manager was easily accessible and check in/out was seamless. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos.

Perfect house and great location

This was the perfect place for our family’s vacation! Everything was the same as the description. The neighborhood is very safe and it feels extremely private while enjoying the pool and patio area. Short easy drive to Siesta Key Beach for the white sand, Ocean Blvd for great food and shopping, and Caspersen Beach Park in Venice to find shark teeth. We would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Sarasota!

Perfect Beach House

This property was perfect. The house had everything you need and is in a quiet neighborhood extremely close to the beach. The manager was a pleasure to deal with and would definitely stay here again. Really a great vacation home.
