“Highly recommend!! This home has a beautiful & tree lined quiet neighborhood, walkable to parks and waterways. Inside, it is exactly as described and pictured. The home has everything one could need, with light-switch labels and clear instructions, making it comfortable and extremely livable. The little touches, like makeup towels in the bathroom & extra towels/paper products & soaps were so appreciated. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Everyone thought the beds & pillows were wonderful. Decor was so lovely and well done. The kids had a blast in the heated pool (lighted at dark) and loft area upstairs, complete with large, comfortable family sectional to watch movies and play video games. The adults appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, large walk-in pantry & large laundry room. The wonderful dining room allowed our large family to enjoy dinner together. An abundance of stores, restaurants, shopping, little villages & beaches were very close. Can’t wait to return!”

There are two exterior Ring cameras for protection. They are only on the front of the house. There is one at the front door and one on the side of the garage.
There are sound monitors inside the home. They measure decibel readings only and do not listen or record.

➸Guest access
The property offers keyless entry for your convenience. Each reservation has a unique code, ensuring a high level of security. Providing you with the code before your arrival streamlines the check-in process, allowing you to begin your vacation right away!

➸Parking
No more than 4 cars MAX at the property. Guests can park in the garage and the driveway.
