"Host was welcoming. But sent a strange text days before that outlined in great detail why NOT to contact them with concerns. I think it was meant to be humorous. Then the welcome book outlined a list of fees that would be charged if those things were missing. Not sure if they have a lot of trouble with theft. This property is very dated, as we could see in the pictures. Towels and washcloths are old. I never got the shower to become hot despite running it a long time. Lots of dishes and cooking...

"For our three week stay in Feb, the house was spacious, it included a deck on the street side and a private fenced in back yard (dog friendly). The long driveway is shared with the smaller rental in the back. The home is close to many shops, stores and restaurants. Florida traffic can be heavy at times. Anna Maria Island is about a 15 min drive with minimal traffic, but typically 30 to 45 minutes on those beautiful weather beach days."
