The unit is fully furnished, complete with linens, towels, silverware, dishes, etc. It is located within the Village Lake complex which is situated within the Meadows Country Club, a highly desirable location that has a beautiful mature landscape of old oaks, palms and lush plantings, many ponds full of birds and other wildlife including the occasional alligator. Stroll or bike along the trails and many sidewalks, head to the beach or the heated pool, the pickle ball courts, or the tennis courts. Getting groceries or whatever you may desire will be easy since the Meadows is only a few minutes from multiple shopping centers, in which you'll find Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Publix, Fresh Market along with many popular food venues and restaurants. The nearby University Town Center has a great variety of department stores and restaurants as well.

You'll love relaxing on the screened porch, taking in the water views and Florida breezes. The spacious master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo). The guest bedroom has twin beds and its own bathroom. A designated parking space is directly in front of the unit. Additional guest parking is plentiful and close by. A newer full size stackable washer and dryer is within the unit.

Village Lake is close to both downtown Sarasota and I-75 and only a short drive to the exceptional white sugar sand of Siesta Beach and Lido Beach. Cultural amenities include the Ringling Museum of Art, Sarasota Opera House, the Sarasota Ballet, lots of art galleries, Historic Spanish Point, Mote Marine and the world class Selby Gardens.

No smoking, no pets. A heated swimming pool for Village Lake residents/tenants only is nearby.

Available for long and short term leases with the short term period a minimum of one month. Short term leases of less than 6 months are subject to tourist/sales tax which is 13%.

Jan-April 2027 HIGH SEASON lease includes all utilities, internet/Wifi. If you reserve the unit for all of the season, (Jan. -April 2027), you will receive $400 discount.

Long term leases (6 months or greater): landlord will pay for internet/Wifi; landlord will pay for utilities of water, electricity up to a total $150 per month. If utility use exceeds $150, tenant can remit the excess to landlord who will provide copies of bills for verification.

Deposit amount will depend on lease time period; minimum security deposit is $750 for short term leases. Long term lease (6 months+; security deposit = one month's rent. An application fee of $150 is charged by the HOA for lease approval/criminal background check. Landlord can provide additional pictures; the VRBO app format would not accept some so couldn't include them in the listing.
