We’re excited to host you! Please review the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone:

🏡 General

Registered guests only. No additional visitors without prior approval.

No parties or events. This is a peaceful residential neighborhood.

Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

🚭 Smoking

No smoking inside the suite.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only—please dispose of waste properly.

🐾 Pets

1 small dog allowed (under 10 lbs) with prior approval only.

Please include your pet in the reservation request for approval.

Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved.

No pets on furniture or bedding.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, both inside and outside.

Pet fee is $99 and is for the additional cleaning and amenities provided.

Pets may not be left unattended in the unit unless crated.

🚗 Parking

Parking is available in the driveway.

Please do not block access or park on neighboring properties.

🔐 Respecting the Property

Please treat the space with care and respect.

Do not rearrange furniture or remove items from the unit.

Report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them quickly.

🏠 Main House

The main house is not part of the rental and is off-limits to guests.
