Luxury awaits you as you step into our Sandy Toes & Salty Kisses Villa. High quality finished throughout, a tall airy ceiling and open floorplan concept in the main living area, custom designed bathrooms with lots of attention to detail, a private heated pool and so much more make this vacation home stand out from all the others.

You are always close to the water. Just a two minute stroll away is Rose Park, which is located right by Palma Sola Bay. Walk out on the deck, which faces West, and capture some unforgettable pictures with family and friends as the sun sets in the background. During the day, take a drive to Anna Maria Island, just 10 minutes away, and spend countless hours at the beach, go shopping on Pine Avenue, or eat at one of the many great restaurants.

The grand master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is a dream come true. A king size bed with large TV, connecting private bathroom with dual sink vanity, walk-in shower and large jetted soak-in tub will have everyone else jealous. Luckily the other bedrooms are all just as adorable and with two more full size bathrooms there is plenty of availability to get ready in the morning, after a visit to the beach or evening before heading our to dinner.

The second and third bedroom both have queen size beds, smart TVs, and the fourth bedroom offers a daybed with trundle, as well as a small desk area, should the need for work or online school ever arise.

The kitchen is a chef's dream with an oversized dual fridge, farm sink, separate beverage fridge, wall mounted filler faucet, induction stove top, and enough seating for everyone at the bar countertop. The dining area comfortably seats up to 8 people.

The living room area offers lots of seating for everyone in the group and a large wall mounted TV is perfect for catching up on favorite shows or watching big sporting events.

The outdoor area offers a large heated private swimming pool, sun loungers, a seating and dining area, as well as a gas BBQ.

We came to Bradenton for my son’s wedding. The home is exactly as it shows online plus more. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking and baking easy and you feel like you are right at home. The Kitchen Aide and wine cooler were a nice convenience. The ping pong table was a lot of fun. The location was perfect and not too far to drive to the beach. We would definitely book again. Thanks for renting this great home.

In the center of paradise

My stay at the property was absolutely what was needed to help my family have the most relaxing vacation. The home is located in an excellent location. Beaches are nearby as well as other amenities like CVS, Walmart, and restaurants. Sealife can be seen in just a 1 or 2 minute walk in the neighborhood. There is about a 1 hour drive to major beaches like clearwater and sarasota. Only thing missing was a lalani over the pool however the backyard was so beatufil we barely noticed (until the mosquitos showed up). Inside the home the space is well decorated, the main suite tub was modern, large, and jetted. The floorplan is split and the kitchen is a pretty good size. Plenty of space for my family of 6. I would book this location in the future.

Amazing House

Came to Bradenton for a baseball tournament at IMG. We had several teen boys and 2 10 year old boys. The pool and game room kept them busy and entertained! The house was gorgeous and perfectly clean! It had all we needed to sleep and cook for 3 nights. The host was very responsive and accommodating to all questions and requests! Super close to parks and beaches. We enjoyed walking the quiet neighborhood as well. Overall 10 stars! We will return for sure!

Beautiful Home

The home was gorgeous! The pool was the best part. The description was misleading though because it showed one bedroom with 2 twin beds. However, it was just a day bed with a trundle and the door was just a sliding door, and the room was very small. The location was nice and we had a great time.

We were so excited the moment we opened the front door! The kitchen was a dream-that refrigerator! and the pot filler on the stove! We had to fix pasta just to use it! We felt comfortable the minute we walked in. Beautifully decorated bedrooms, bathrooms and living space. The outdoor space is awesome! The lounge chairs, couches and dining table were perfect for us "older ladies". Can't say enough great things about this house. We would stay here again and again. Also, I would recommend C-Ponies. Riding horses in the water was the best experience!!!

Pictures very clearly reflected the home, backyard is beautiful and pool great. Location is ver accessible to rest of area, owner was very communicative about any questions we had and solved any minor issues that came up. Was a great stay, would gladly do it again!

The BEST place to stay!!

My family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home! Plenty of beach towels readily available to use for the beach or poolside, kitchen was fully stocked with well maintained pots/pans/dishes, washer and dryer worked perfectly. The master bathroom was AMAZING! The tub was so relaxing and the kids enjoyed the jets and colored lights! We spent plenty of time outside enjoying the patio and pool, the backyard was beautiful and we decided to do our family pictures where the lounge chairs are at, it made the perfect tropical looking oasis in our photos! The neighborhood is quite and the next door neighbor was friendly, you are just a walk around the corner to Rose park where you can sit on the dock and watch the sunset or swing on the vine swing. The closest beach is Holmes beach right over the bridge but it was very crowded, finding parking on AMI is difficult unless you pay to park (Coquina beach pay to park is $15/hr but a nice spot on the island, down further is public parking but unless you get there super early you will not find a spot) If you go up further on the island at Holmes beach there is a pay to park that is a little less expensive and it put us on the beach close to the Sandbar Seafood & Spirits restaurant and a less crowded area of the beach. We took advantage of our close proximity to Orlando and went to Universal and Sea World, we had an amazing time at both, it was nice to come back to this wonderful house and relax after a long day. Just book it!!!

Ideal Vacation home for family near beaches

The home was spotless, everything you would need for a perfect stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. The pool table and ping pong table were a huge hit with our family after a long day at the beach. The pool was nice and refreshing. The only negative and this is just me nitpicking, the gas grill grates need to be replaced and the gas bottle was almost empty. Other than that, we had zero complaints. The house is located in a very nice, clean and quiet neighborhood that is very convenient to stores and shops as well as our very favorite beaches. We will defenitely request to stay here next summer.

Great Getaway!

We love the Bradenton area, and visit frequently. This property was fantastic for our family of 7 and is conveniently located by the beaches, fishing, groceries, and dining. The home is very comfy and spacious and the pool area was very relaxing. The kids enjoyed the pool table and ping pong. Very well stocked. We would definitely stay again!

Pictures Don't Do It Justice!

When we first walked into this property we were floored by how spacious, clean and beautiful it was. Yes, we saw pictures online, but that doesn't always translate to what you actually see. This property won't disappoint! The main space with the kitchen and living area is to die for. HUGE island and seating, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of comfortable seating for us all. The bedrooms are exactly what we needed and I felt like a queen in the master suite. Then there's the outdoor space...just WOW! While we were there during the cooler temperatures, the pool was heated which allowed those who wanted to swim to get in the water. I highly recommend this property, it won't disappoint!

Christmas getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! A beautiful home that is well maintained and very spacious. Pool and outdoor seating was amazing. Exemplary management staff. I emailed the evening of our arrival that the pool temp seemed colder than expected for a heated pool. By 0945 the following Sunday morning staff were there to assess and agreed it seemed off but the display panel wasn’t lighting up. They had the pool company there by Monday morning to do repairs. Impressive. Loved the abundant beach towels and chairs. Beds cozy. Neighborhood safe and quiet. Close to beaches. Will definitely book again!

Great Location - Good Amenities.

This property was exactly what we were looking for and had a lot to offer. The good: The pool area was great a great place to hang out and unwind (especially on days where the beach might be a bit windy or crowded). The main living area has great comfortable seating for all to enjoy a movie. Kitchen and most of the property have been recently updated and overall the property is in good condition. And there are plenty of beach/pool amenities (chairs/floats/umbrellas). The Not-So-Good: Some of the finishing touches could use some love and care: ceiling fans are nearly useless in the bedrooms (unless you like the loud unbalanced "almost ready to leave the ceiling" aesthetic; and the very nice looking and jetted tub in the main suite doesn't get hot water (lukewarm at best) and has been spray-foamed in place. The pool was in need of some minor maintenance (pump was dry...because the filter was over clogged) and without a screen ...there are a lot of leaves and seeds to skim throughout the day. Also, the lack of any extra bedding (blankets/sheets) made negotiating the overall single zone temperature difficult (especially with unworkable ceiling fans). All-in-all: if you can overlook some of the cosmetic details (which could easily be fixed by the time you read this)...and don't mind a bit of daily maintenance in the pool area (skimming and the like). This property is better than most and worth the price.

Excellent home away from home

The pros are many. The house is decorated so perfectly with a beach vibe. No tacky decorations here. Everything is just spot on! Lots of different kitchen gadgets and gizmos. Blenders, etc.. Family loved enjoying the pool. Pool gets shady about 4 PM because of the beautiful trees in the backyard. Plenty of room to spread out in this house. We had seven people total, and it didn’t feel cramped in the least. Get on Manatee Avenue and head west (left). Beach is about 10 to 15 minutes away. It takes you straight to Manatee Beach. We loved Manatee Beach. Look no further. We went to Siesta Key beach and Clearwater and Manatee had the biggest waves, and was just as fabulous as the others. We would head over to the beach about 630 every night and stay till sunset! What a wonderful way to end the day. It was easy to find parking on the weekdays and even evenings on Saturday and Sunday we were able to manage by driving around for only a few minutes. They have showers to rinse off and clean bathrooms. Along with a food place where you can grab a bite to eat. Don’t forget, there’s a whole array of beach towels in the cupboard right next to the fridge! There are beach chairs in the garage…. We left the two boogie boards we bought so hopefully somebody can enjoy them! A few cons or just FYI I’ll never understand sheer curtains in a VRBO. You’re on vacation and when the sun is peeking in at 6 AM it spoils that just a little. I also will never understand pillows that aren’t very comfortable. Once again, spoils the night a little. Pillows were so so, but definitely not anything to write home about. I expected to find the Wi-Fi code right up by the front door as we came in. You have to get onto the iPad in the living room to figure out the Wi-Fi. Also, every other VRBO we’ve ever stayed at had at least salt and pepper and a few basics. There is absolutely no basics that way in this home. Really not a big problem but some thing to keep in mind if you are cooking at home. They do leave a little welcome bag with a roll of toilet paper and a few trash bags, etc. We definitely had to go to the store and buy more toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap. Just an FYI not a big deal. Overall, we had such a fantastic time in this home. It’s just so tastefully decorated and put together. Seven nights and eight days in this home made for a truly wonderful vacation from Utah to Florida. Thank you!

Just what we needed!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. The pool by far was the best part of this home for our get away from the snow of Pennsylvania! The location to Anna Maria was perfect. We had a few issues with the pool heater but the property manager was on top of it right away. The property could have been a bit cleaner and beds more comfortable but overall we had an amazing time. We would rent here again if were to come back to the area.
