The second cottage includes three additional bedrooms, each with a king bed. One of these bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, the first cottage includes a separate bunk room located at the back of the cottage near the back door, featuring a twin-over-twin bunk bed that is perfect for children.

In accordance with the City of Sarasota's Rental Ordinance, this property requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights. The maximum occupancy for this home is 12 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the City’s occupancy limit. Lido Key Vacations enforces a total occupancy limit of 10 persons, including both adults and children under 6.
