Lovely house!! If your priority is to be close to the airport - it’s perfect! You can hear flights overhead but that’s expected.

Really great location. Easy access from airport and local dining and activities. Air conditioning works great kept us nice and cool. The kids loved the private pool (pool toys included). We would recommend this property to families who like to spread out. Several places to hang out and enjoy Florida. Planes do fly directly over house but they were spaced out enough that it wasn’t bothersome. The kids enjoyed waving up to the planes as they flew overhead. Lots of outlets to make charging devices easy. We would rent again on another visit.

Traveling with dogs

Yard was great size for the dogs to run. Location was ideal for easy access to the airport.

The home is a nice size with good amenities located in a nice neighborhood with a family of peacocks roaming around! Easy access to route 41 with many attractions, beaches and restaurants within 10 miles. The kitchen and bathroom were well stock with ample paper supplies. The fenced in yard is great for pets. The owner/host was extremely responsive and respectful in addressing any concerns or needs. In general the interior could use some updating and the outside could use some consistent upkeep and maintenance. All in all a nice stay.

Awesome family-friendly vacation spot

Nice clean property with its own private pool. Had to try to fight my son to keep him out of it the whole time . Had a nice Uno session with the family with the cards that were supplied here. Overall great stay! Would definitely come back

Not as advertised and not responsive to fixing 3 doors. Not new appliances, 5 lights out inside, no outside lights, yard sand, dirt and weeds. Poorly maintain house! Complaint filed with Vrbo 2/28/26Awaiting for a significant refund.

We loved staying in this house! First, the location is great - with easy access to many of Sarasota's attractions and area highways. The neighborhood is gorgeous. Our daily walks with our dog were beautiful and interesting. There are so many types of architecture and the landscaping shows off native plants. Also, the bird watching where the street dead ends into Sarasota Bay was spectacular. Inside the house, the rooms are spacious and the furniture and beds are comfortable. We especially appreciated the living room furniture - plenty of space to stretch out, even when we had company, and several recliners. There is a large TV which we watched most evenings. We didn't do a lot of cooking, but the large kitchen had everything we needed. The pool is beautiful. Unseasonably cold weather kept us from swimming as much as we would have liked, but we still got good use of the pool, and it was warm enough to lounge in the back yard. All around a great experience. We would love to stay here again,
