"A great space as our home base for day trips and skiing. The property manager stopped by when we arrived with treats and a great tip about parking at White Face. The in-laws apartment allowed our group to have plenty of space for separate activities and quiet time when needed. "

"First off I never stayed here for my dates, so my review is only of the host. The host sent me a message the night before I was scheduled to arrive stating that the furnace was in the process of being replaced and the house was being heated by space heaters, which he said are working out quite well so far, just don’t ask me about my electric bill. I responded that I am not comfortable staying with two young kids and a dog in a house with space heaters. He refused to refund me and actually told...

"Room was nice but, loaded with drain flies we had to have killed at least 20 throughout the stay. Water pressure in the shower was non existent. The pool that the said that was useable hasn’t been clean all season. Location was great walking distance to downtown."

"Room floor was dirty, spiders and bugs all over the place coming out of cracks by bottom of door.Pool wasn't working and didn't look like it was opened at all Storm knocked power out for six hrs, TV was not able to be used..cable out or no access to see any shows. Sink had hot and cold pipes reversed"

"Our trip started with great communication from the host. The house fit our family of five plus two friends, perfectly. It’s in a great location! The house was very clean, spacious and cozy. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook. Bedrooms and closets were perfect! The fireplace was loved by all. Having the washer and dryer in the main bathroom was a bonus. Our family cannot wait to book this house again!"
