"Perfect size house for large group or multi family accommodation. Host was very responsive and courteous. The mountain setting and views were amazing. The younger family members really enjoyed the game and exercise room. Others enjoyed the walking trails and nature walks. The kitchen was also amazing making meal prep for our large group easy and convenient"

"My family & I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Lake Placid was near by so we did some fun things there & enjoyed coming back to the house & relaxing in the hot tub & sauna. Would def book again."

"We stayed twice in one month, and the owner made a couple purchases that we requested. Thank you for the washcloths and extra coffee mugs! "

"I was a little concerned at first when looking at this property that it was a little far away from the mountains & lake placid, but it is actually in the perfect location near everything in the area. Great privacy, not a lot of people around, great roads to drive on (no traffic or crowds) and access to anything you could possibly want within a 20 to 30 minute drive. Great value for the money! "Spacious, clean house on the lake with a large table to play board games, and a great view of the lake. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our family get together. The instructions were clear. Thank you (to the host, who was communicative)."

"Loved the location and the house. The host was incredibly responsive!"

"We had a great time!!! We snowshoed on the trails in the back and enjoyed the snowy wide open spaces! The place was great for us too - the fireplace so cozy after a day out in the cold! The proximity to lake placid was amazing too!!"

"The house smelt terrible. When the property manager was informed we were told to run the water and maybe the smell will go away. The second night we did not have heat. Come to find out from the property manager that there has been an ongoing problem with pipes freezing. We were not told about the sulfer (undrinakble water) untill after we paid. We were not told the property owner use the proprty to house dogs in a garage on the property and inly stops by to feed them weekly, terrible to observe...

"The house and surrounding area exceeded our expectations! We were a group of 8 adults and 4 children and the house offered plenty of space to be together or to spread out depending on what the preferences were at any given time. After spending most of our days out doors the hot tub was a welcome site as was the spacious living room and well stocked kitchen! Should we be coming back to the area we will definitely book again."
