A few things about the house that need addressing.-Sofa springs are shot and the sofa is very uncomfortable -King bed mattress is also in need of replacing-Main TV has a screen streak/fuse type break-One travel size bag for entire house-Not enough linens and had to call for moreFor what we got—-should have been around 700.00 instead of 1000.00.Thank you,Leigh "

"Convenient location. Clean house. Bikes were a nice feature. The only thing I'd point out is it is on the main road and you could hear cars passing from the guest bedroom. "

"originally listed as 2 bedroom, stand alone unit, dishwasher, oven, luxury, 4 bicyclesin fact, one bedroom with ajoining unit and thin walls, no dishwasher, no oven, horrible appliances, far from luxury, no bicycles.The friendly host was willing to reimburse for small purchases such as a bike rental and new appliances in kitchen- but for the price, my expectation was that ithis all be in place. Great location and a spacious 1 bedroom but not sadly no dishwasher, oven or the standard I am used...

"Great location!!!! Beds were decent, kitchen is usable, washer and dryer are in kitchen. No hand rails on any of the steps leading into the property, which wouldn't have been a problem it I hadn't injured myself having fun at the beach. Bathrooms are nice, couches in family room are worn out, only basic roku channels on tv so no local channels or sports. "This vacation rental definitely met our needs for a 3-day stay visiting the Golden Isles and Brunswick. It was easy to find and access. The townhouse was exceptionally clean. Beds had firm mattresses but comfortable. We enjoyed two great restaurants on Saint Simons Island: the Crab Trap and Barbara Jean's. Also, Grandy's nearby had a great breakfast buffet {including those delicious cinnamon rolls!!!), at a very reasonable price. Our only suggestions are that more dining utensils are needed in...

"This was our first time in these units, and we enjoyed how spacious the rooms were. The garage and parking was a little tight but doable. The pool was not close to our unit and it was on the small side in my opinion, but still nice. Perfect location for the price. Everything was a quick golf cart ride down the street."
