Wifi is very stable and fast, with 200mbps. The modern condominium has a gym, swimming pool, collective laundry (paid separately), 24-hour concierge, among others.

The location is incredible, on the famous Rua Augusta, in a safe area, close to Av Paulista and Shopping Frei Caneca.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

Check in time is from 3:00 pm and a maximum of 5:00 pm (condominium rule) and check out is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

The apartment has glass closures on the balcony and also an isolation door in the bedroom, minimizing potential noise as much as possible.
