"We enjoyed our stay. The units are spacious and very clean. An open courtyard is available for use. The location is excellent for exploring Ponta Delgado. The garage is a great benefit if you rent a car."

"Room is clean and has enough space and all the necessary facilities needed. The bed is large and the ceiling is high. I also like the shower. This property has a kitchen and common element which is also very nice. Only downside would be that the surrounding environment is noisy as probably my room is facing the street. There’re noises like people talking or loud music until midnight or even later."

"The apartments in Market Place are very nice and comfortable (based on staying in Dept. D). They are well equiped with lots of closet space and the kitchen utensils you need. The view was nice and everything around getting in and checking out is functioning very well. Only two problems: 1. there is a lot of noice. Both from the road just in front where many cars drive and from the house it self. The car to the garage slams very hard and you hear the others buzzing them in, walking on the...
