"The property I gorgeous and small, so very few guests. It's ideal if you just want to stay in the property and relax. The staff was next level, the restaurant was very good and all the areas are very clean and beautiful. If you do want to walk around the town it's not a long walk but, like most of Valle, it's a lot of steep streets so Taxi's are more viable. Will definitely go back!"

"Overall the rooms are great and has an outstanding view of the lake. Restaurant is outright terrible, food was bad and bland, they can't cook a simple steak and charges 100 pesos for a Nespresso coffee. What we ordered for dinner was not the plates we received as they were sold out of common ingredients but never informed us, but just cooked something. Some of the staff is great - other staff members are so busy with their phones they can't even say hello."
