"Friendly staff"

"It was a one night stay before a flight. The check in was quick (but 2 forms to fill in!); the room spacious and comfortable with efficient cooling. The lift played Brahms’ lullaby. There is a small swimming pool which I enjoyed a couple of times, which seemed seldom used, but a real pleasure. It’s located off some main road and easy to get places. "It was amazing. From the moment I arrived till the moment I left all the staff were amazing. They helped with food recommendations, also the food at the hotel was amazing! The bar is perfect and friendly guests and staff. The room was always clean and housekeeping were great. Overall a great experience and would recommend to any traveller. "Fine hotel with excellent staff and service. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed every moment from our arrival. Everybody in the hotel is friendly and welcoming. The hotel has two restaurants both serving perfect meals served by marvelous staff, We can only recomment eating there and you are very lucky if you get to meet Pooja or assistent manager Silvester. "I stayed for 4 days. Didn’t get a chance to dine-in, so not sure of the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s walking distance from the city center and all its attractions. There are some nice restaurants nearby. It’s easy to catch an auto from the front of the hotel. The location is slightly sketchy. "

"The property was being remodeled, so our floor was dusty/smelly (they did offer us a replacement room, but we were too tired to change the rooms). The rooms and amenities look aged! Staff was excellent."

"My mother and aunt, both 70-years-old were staying at the hotel for a religious event happening in the town. the Hotel was very helpful and made the trip stress free (Literally it was stress free) they also assisted them in fulfilling the religious rituals for which they were there for. Kudos to the hospitality team at Goodland Elegance TVM. "
