Hytter i Santa Rosa

"The receptionist were very nice and helpful but the head of security of security was not really nice when we needed help. The cleaning crew only made your bed, they didn’t empty trash cans or replace towels, and when you can put toilet paper in the the toilet, that trash can needs emptying every day! The hotel really needed an upgrade. They had chosen to remove the fridge from the room we stayed in and it just had a hole instead. Not a very nice look. The pool was too cold to really swim in -despite 28 celsius degrees outside, though I appreciate that they had playboys for kids at the pool (nice touch). The whole pool area was just sad and could really use some love. The hotel in general could use some love. Also, we were placed in a room where there were noice outside our rooms nearly constantly each night. I suspect the secure machine just outside our room was the fault of that. The hotel was conveniently close to the airport but I would not recommend it unfortunately. "
