30-A walk to beach, semi private pool

Built in 2024, right off 30-A, (.3 mile shaded walk to the beach)offers the perfect blend of coastal relaxation and outdoor adventure. Free use of crib, booster, toys in mostly baby proofed space. Private, separate bedroom with king bed & full bathroom, and large pool, complimentary chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, paddle board, kayak. Walk to several restaurants and beach accesses. As super hosts we love providing everything our guests need for a comfortable stay with minimal packing required.
This above the garage private unit is on the 2nd floor with access through an exterior staircase. The main room encompasses the living room with a sofa/sleeper, dining room with table and chairs for four and full kitchen with all major appliances and an ice maker. There is a hallway with closets where you will find the washer/dryer, pantry, utility closet and linen closet. You can enter into the full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and double vanity through the bedroom or the hall off the kitchen. Through a separate door off of the living room you will find the master bedroom with king bed, black out shades, double door closet, and 50 inch smart TV. Your private balcony has two chairs and a table overlooking your private side yard with artificial turf and more seating with some yard games. This area will not be used by owners and the pool will not be used by owners when guests are enjoying it.
Guests have their own parking at the end of the driveway close to the stairs to guest entrance. Guests have full access to the shared large pool, hot tub, Weber gas grill and Traeger pellet smoker. The outdoor amenities are shared with the family in the main house, myself, my wife and our four year old son. There is a walkway from the unit to the back yard with a gate that enters the pool area. At the pool there is also a large dining table for six with an umbrella, several Loungers and other seating.
