"This third-floor penthouse in the heart of Seaside, has an amazing, private rooftop terrace with views of the town and the gulf. The sunsets and sunrises were spectacular! The unit is very beautiful and is very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Just a heads up that the bathroom is very small and there is not much storage for luggage or clothes. "Communication with Kara was great. The house has a great setup for a larger family. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth to the beach. I would recommend this if you’re carrying chairs, beach bag and a cooler with you. It is walkable but tough with all the above. "

"The cottage was beautiful, spacious, well laid out, and very conveniently located for access to the beach and town center. The view of the ocean was great and made for memorable sunsets. On the decks we could often enjoy the fragrance of gardenias! A large measure of privacy was possible and we always felt safe- even with small children. Highly recommend."
