Enjoy this gorgeous, colorful suite, decorated with art and artefacts from all over the world. Cozy up in bed with a roaring fire, read a book, or step out onto the terrace for views of distant mountains. Take a walk along the adjoining Green Belt for exhilerating fresh air and pretty views.

The suite consists of a huge, sunny bedroom and living room, kitchen, private bathroom, laundry room and terrace. It is the main part of an entire home, of which two other bedrooms are also rented out for short-term guests. Your area is entirely private. Other guests have no access to this area and you do not have access to their rooms. You may meet each other outdoors in the parking area, otherwise you will be entirely private.

The bed is queen sized and provided with first quality linens, pillows, duvets and soft cotton blankets. The bedroom has an exterior wall of tall windows with a view out to the distant mountains. Sunshine warms the brick floors. There is a large walk-in closet with room for your hanging and folded clothes. From the bedroom, you can exit to the terrace which runs the length of the house.

The bathroom is ensuite and has a shower with glass door, toilet and cabinet. You are provided with plenty of high quality towels and bath mats; shampoo; conditioner; and body lotion.

From the bedroom you can exit to the well equipped galley kitchen which leads to the huge living room. You can also access the living room from the bathroom. From the kitchen you can access the laundry room with washer, dryer, full size ironing board, irons and cleaning products.

The living room has a dining table for up to eight; a sideboard with extra plates, serving platters, napkins, tablecloths, vases and candles. A leather sofa and two armchairs surround the coffee table in front of the Smart TV. From the living room you can access the entrance hallway with its closet for coats, jackets and boots, and exit the house through the front door.

Cafe Fina, Jambo Bobcat and Harry's Roadhouse are a short drive away and well worth a visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just two miles down the road are two shopping centers, with a supermarket, hardware store, health clinic, pet store and vet, post office, gym, and other amenities.

The Eldorado community is a 20mn easy drive with no traffic to downtown Santa Fe and the famous Plaza. You are within easy reach of all the galleries, museums, wonderful shops and renowned restaurants for which this town is famous.

Of course, it's SKI SEASON at Santa Fe Ski, easily accessible from the town. If you come with ski equipment, you can safely store it all in the garage.

There's plenty of parking space for 1 or 2 vehicles in front of the house.

The best thing about this area is its peace and quiet. You rarely hear traffic and our neighbors are just far enough away that we don't bother each other. You will never have to search for a parking spot and, because of our dark sky rules, you can enjoy or magnificent starlit skies at night when the Milky Way floats right over your head.

In addition to this suite, you also have access to the separate office/studio housed in a one-room "casita" 40 feet from the main house. It is carpetted and heated, and equipped with a long desk and office chair, fold-out table, major power charger for several devices simultaneously, and some shelf space for your work items. It is completely quiet and the perfect place to finsih that project you've been working on or fulfill your remote work duties. This space can also be used as a yoga or meditation studio or other calm space.
