"We had the most wonderful stay here. Max (and rest of staff) were very, very friendly and helpful with everything. They made the atmosphere so positive for us and other guests. Also, booking tours (they were great!), recommendations and very handy tips for things to do - it really made a big positive impact to our stay. Clean, big rooms, hot shower, all was great. We saw no hot water come out of the taps for the first 24 hours of our stay, despite trying periodically.
