"We had a lovely night at the lodge. It was a family run hotel who made us feel so welcome. The bed was huge and comfortable, the family were on hand for absolutely anything. They even came running out with umbrellas as we headed out for a walk in the rain. The food was fresh and delicious. "Room was spotless & well kept. The restaurant staff & housekeeping/groundskeeping staff were lovely people and so kind to us. We loved being so close to town, being able to use the bikes and paddle boards at the hotel, loved the little vibe of the property itself -- and that the iguanas, lizards and sea lions were usually hanging around on the dock made for endless entertainment. "I stayed here twice. Both times highly satisfactory. Staff was very friendly and accommodatding. The rooms and garden area are in excellent upkeep and pleasant to hang out in hammocks or seating arrangements. The owners are very kind people, who even helped me organize a free ride back to the airport upon my departure (a relative happened to also take a flight off the island). I highly recommend this establishment. "
