We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Torre Mar Galápagos and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The apartment-hotel was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for families. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit that provided plenty of space for us and our two teenage kids, making it easy to relax after busy days exploring the islands.
Our room was on the top floor, which might be challenging for elderly guests or families with very young children, but it was perfectly fine for us and well worth it for the privacy and quiet.
The highlights of our stay were the delicious breakfasts and, most of all, John’s exceptional hospitality. John went above and beyond—offering fantastic restaurant recommendations, helping us make reservations, and giving us invaluable advice on how to get around and make the most of our time in Puerto Ayora. His local knowledge truly elevated our experience.
We felt well cared for from start to finish and would absolutely stay here again on a return trip to the Galápagos. Torre Mar is a gem!
