"The hotel is just like the pictures. It’s close to the Darwin Center and we were able to walk everywhere. The owners could not do enough for us and SO kind and friendly. The breakfast was unbelievable. There was fresh fruit everyday with yogurt and granola, juice, unlimited coffee and something homemade each morning. One day we had the best empanadas we had ever had! We would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat! Thanks guys for making our stay so enjoyable:)"

"2 very small room suite without any Galapagos flair. Nobody helped with luggage to and from the room. No internet for the entire stay. Personell was kind of friendly but very cool and reserved. Asked for help to find a place and was told to use Google Maps. Breakfast not fresh prepared but dry and old. Next time will stay at Golden Bay Hotel."

"We had the most wonderful stay here. Max (and rest of staff) were very, very friendly and helpful with everything. They made the atmosphere so positive for us and other guests. Also, booking tours (they were great!), recommendations and very handy tips for things to do - it really made a big positive impact to our stay. Clean, big rooms, hot shower, all was great. Breakfast great. Location was perfect - right at the start of the trail for Tortuga Bay, and also just 2 minutes walk from the main...
