The apartment is about 100 m², with a 100 m² garden, located on the lower level of a four-story house. Overlooking the Atlantic, it offers guests stunning panoramic views. The property features a closed chill-out lounge area with a 75-inch TV, access to digital platforms, and high-quality sound. There are two sofas for 3-4 people, two large comfortable armchairs, and a dining table with up to eight chairs, all situated in the garden, including the kitchen.



The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, capsule coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. Barbecue is not available. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. This accommodation does not have air conditioning.



The apartment has a garden-level bedroom with a small bathroom with shower. Downstairs, separated by stairs, is the larger second bedroom with a bed, sofa bed, and a bathroom with a spacious shower.



Free street parking is available in a quiet, low-traffic area. Pets and events are not allowed. Smoking is permitted. The property has waste separation guidelines, with more information provided on site. The accommodation features energy and water-saving measures.
