Hoteller nær Santa Cruz Beach

"Arrived and could not find reservation. Room booked was to include seperate sitting area, kitchenette and private balcony. It did't have any of these. Room was filthy. Advertised pool, but it was empty."

"We had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and professional. House keeping cleaned daily, breakfast was good. Overall I will give them a 9."

"This is an immaculately cleaned hotel. That’s what is most impressive to me. Inside the rooms and the grounds are well kept. Breakfast service offered a variety of food and drinks to choose from. The bar area is very nice with lively music playing in a clean and relaxing environment!"

"The property was poorly maintained and unsanitary. The suite entrance was flooded, common-area AC was off/not working, and there was no Wi‑Fi. Breakfast was misrepresented (told to be a full menu but only eggs and bread were served, hot tea made with bagged water), and staff said it covered only one person despite our booking. After I cancelled it, food was still delivered to our room at 11 p.m. This reflects very poor communication within the hotel. I...

"Had some issues with payment, but were able to clarify it. There was never a towel in the room, we always had to call and ask. Other than that, comfortable bed and clean room. Good value for the price. Poolside is nice and clean."

"Increíble atención del personal"

"You would definitely have a good stay"

"Lo más importante que guardo es el trato con la encargada del hotel. Una dama muy sociable y entregada. Siempre a la escucha y dispuesta a resolver cualquier problema. Su buena gestión se refleja en el establecimiento. Por lo que es un sitio muy recomendable"

"Good"

"The facility lacks proper water sanitation and cleanliness."
