"Everything was beautiful"

"The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. The only thing I would say is that the hike up to the house from the church is a challenge. They have clearly stated that but what I was not ready for was the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the path to the house - there is sewage and trash everywhere - if you can ignore that it was all great."

"The place was perfect for our group of six—beautiful garden, wonderful views, and nice kitchen. Alfonso, the groundskeeper, was extremely helpful and responsive. We would absolutely recommend staying in this place!"

"We arrived at night and instantly fell in love with the property. Just as we thought it couldn’t get any better, we woke up to the most stunning views. The property is gorgeous and was spotless!!! Our trip would not have been as spectacular if it weren’t for the host, Julio, and the groundskeeper, Alfonso. "Such a nice piece of property with a great view, amenities and welcoming, attentive grounds keeper. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!!"

"Un lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de la vista del lago, sus volcanes. Ademas, un jardin bellisimo! Con muchos rincones para descansar y meditar. "

"This was a beautiful property - very high quality fittings and finishings, stunning views of the lake, with easy access to Panajachel (Lino looked after us well!). Communications with both our host and the care taker were great. We couldn't fault the property, and thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay. "

"Better have good legs to go up to restaurant and in general depending what room you get. Food was great. The View was amazing with excellent staff. Also if you are getting away from the noise. This is the place"

"This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h"

"Very nice place in the middle of the main Street. Clean and comfortable rooms and a nice Spa area. Staff was very helpful and kind. We can only recommend this place if you need a little luxury on your trip around Guatamala."
