"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property needs fixing floor in the bathroom. Toilet loose and there were ants in the bathroom.Refrigerator is very noisy. Need to find a different cleaning person I was really disappointed because the location is good"

"This condo is very nice, clean and quiet. The bed to very comfortable. It’s nice to have a full size refrigerator and both types of coffee pots. It is close to the Oceano beach. I walked there to see the sunset. The Mexican Restaurant as you turn on to the Main Street is excellent. I would stay at this condo again. It is also close to Pismo Beach."

"Everything was in top notch shape. Actually, everything looked like it was brand new. The appliances were spitting fan clean the sink from the kitchen the bathrooms, the floors, the linens everything was very clean. They had all the amenities that were needed during our stay. The area was very private and our location was right above the hot tub which was so convenient and it was pretty secluded because there was like trees that blocked the view which was nice and we were able to see our vehicle...

"We came for an event at Oceano Dunes so this was the perfect location. The condo was clean and when we got in late and couldn’t find parking because someone with a trailer had taken up 6 spaces the building manager came out immediately and found us somewhere to park. I definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Whatever they used to clean with was very strong. My husband has COPD and asthma, he did not fair as well as we had hoped for being at the beach.The bed was exceptionally soft felt like you just sunk in, made your back hurt.Other than that, the stay was fine, the kitchen was set up with good utensils and cookware. Didn’t mind cooking at all."

"I sent a message about how much help & how disappointed we are in the accommodations. This little place has so much potential but has not been kept up! I sent pictures of most of the problems & expected some kind of resolution but it has yet to happen. Here is a list of why we are so disappointed: Bedroom curtain rod split open & fell on my head when I tried to open the curtain. It was being held together with scotch tape! Cover on bed is peeling & covered with thousands of little balls Art work...
