"This property was terrific and described very well. Parking space is small, but I fit my car, front bedroom is subject to some early morning nosy but nothing crazy, walking distance to town is perfect, communication was top notch. We have zero complaints. Loved it, will definitely stay again!"

"Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! "We stayed in the house for 2 nights to attend a wedding at the nearby Eling Park. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for easy walks to access the sandy shores and ocean of Ledbetter Beach.
