"Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!"

"Great location on a quiet street just blocks from the coast. The house is in good order. The backyard is smallish but nicely laid out. There is parking for two cars (there is time limits for parking on the street). Did not use the hot tub or sauna. Would definitely stay there again. "
