"We stayed in mid-May for my son’s wedding. The property was exactly as described. Very clean and although small because it’s a vintage house, there were thoughtful touches throughout. This property has everything you could need, cookware, coffee maker, plenty of towels and blankets and a fenced yard for pets. Would stay there again."

"Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, so cooking there was easy! The outdoor space was nice for relaxing. 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach...

"Lance was an excellent host with great communication from beginning to end. The house was clean, inviting, and well kept. The outdoor area was very quaint and useable. The front stairs are steep and the driveway is gravel so something to keep in mind for those that that might find this challenging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly recommend renting this property."

"This was a perfect space for our family. Lots of space to gather both inside and out. We made use of the grill and loved the pool table! We were able to walk to the beach and there are multiple restaurants, grocery stores, CVS within walking distance as well. Neighborhood is good-quiet and safe. Would highly recommend!"
