Absolutely lovely. Hotel fits vibe of Santa Barbara perfectly. The courtyard is serene. On location bikes to borrow was a huge bonus. We'll happily stay here again!

Amazing, cozy property. Walking distance from State Street. Employees were very nice. Summer checked us in, gave us some bubbly and gave us a quick run down of the property. The bar was intimate and Noel took care of us. Highly recommend this location for couples.

Excellent Getaway
The hotel is beautiful and the service was lovely. Our stay was extremely comfortable and perfect for a couple's getaway. I love that they have a happy hour and complimentary bubbly. However, I was a little disappointed there wasn't a single complimentary water bottle in the room as it seems to be an industry standard especially for such luxury hotels.

The staff was super friendly, the room was amazing, and it was right in the heart of Santa Barbara but far enough away from the busyness of State Street. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Not my cup of tea
This place is not for me. When I walked in the lobby there was some weird, awful scent. The girl that welcomed me was not very welcoming and hastily showed me to my room. She didn't show me around or explain anything. It was odd. Upon entering my room, I immediately didn't want to stay here and regretted choosing this place. It was dark and oddly decorated with hipster tchotchkes. The lighting was terrible. The fireplace and patio are nice. I didn't like anything else. If I return to Santa Barbara I will not return to Palihouse.

We loved our stay and will most certainly return. Our room was spacious with a great mini fridge, Marshall speaker, snacks, and the most comfy bed. The vibe is French and chill!!

Very nice property. Clean, spacious rooms. Beautiful courtyard with awesome staff. Nice off street parking. Walking distance to restaurants. Would stay again!

This property was a delightful surprise! Very modern, posh and stylish. We liked the hotel so much, we booked a second night. A gem in Santa Barbara!
