  • Historisk 106 y. o. triplex i West Beach. Denne hovedfront 1-BR enhed har været vores hjem i 10+ år. Det har et nyrenoveret badeværelse med dobbelt håndvask forfængelighed og soaker badekar / bruser, og nyrenoveret stort køkken.
    High-ceiling værelser med indviklede arkitektoniske detaljer og indbyggede insekter; pejse i både LR og BR; luksuriøs king size seng i hoved BR og en høj kvalitet amerikansk forklæde sovesofa (dronning +) i LR. Ud over verandaen, kan man få adgang til tagterrassen / haven til stuen.
    I nogle sæsoner søger vi ansvarlige parter, der er interesserede i at bo i et smukt, rummeligt hjem i hjertet af West Beach. Kontakt os venligst om tilgængelighed.

Great location. Well stocked with tons of kitchen amenities. Rooftop is great. The property is super clean. Both beds (queen sofa pull out) and all pillows very comfy.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to beach, waft, funk zone and State street. What more could you ask for. Communication was perfect, easy smooth check in. Has all the comforts of home and then some. Very clean which I appreciate. We will be staying again, highly recommend.

Great location and great place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfy. The rooftop patio was a perfect place to relax. Great communication, I would definitely stay again!

My husband and I wanted a getaway to Santa Barbara for my birthday. We loved the property and the location was perfect. We used the upstairs deck one night and enjoyed the lovely weather. We went to Lotusland, a hummingbird sanctuary and a whale watching tour. All of them were so convenient to the location of the house. We found a lot of nice restaurant selections within walking distance and I would especially recommend Santa Barbara FisHouse and Bouchon.

My stay in Jeff's place was exactly as advertised. Jeff was easy to work with and very responsive to all my questions. Check in and check out was simple. The location could not have been better. Short walk to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. Space was clean ,organized and equipped with all I needed for a relaxing weekend, and the rooftop was a fun place to sit and read. I would stay here again no questions asked.

The location is about as good as you can get—quick walk to the beach, where you then can walk along the shoreline, which I did every day! Nice big kitchen, comfortable bed, plenty of towels.Jeff was a great host—very accommodating and accessible.

I was visiting Santa Barbara with my girlfriends and we had a great time staying at Jeff's place! It's really cute, has a lot of charm and the location was the best - we were able to walk everywhere. Jeff is the sweetest and we could tell he really put a lot of effort into the place and cares about our experience. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfy, and we enjoyed some wine up on the rooftop while watching the sunset. We would definitely stay here again - excited to see all the upgrades in the future!

Great communication from Jeff! He was more than willing to help us with anything we needed during our stay! Location of the house was great - a block or two away from the beach, restaurants, and Moxi Museum! Beds and pillows were super comfy! Just keep in mind that the house is very old and is in need of some updates, which Jeff was honest about from the beginning!

The property is lovely with a great location. I know the owner has big plans to renovate so it should only get better. We had issues with the keys and the door handles which made entry and exit quite tricky. That should be resolved soon. Also the second story patio and garden were not as we expected, though again I think the owner has plans for that area as well. Overall a comfortable stay and the location is the best!

The home is beautiful and the host takes care that their guests are well accomodated. We stayed here the night before my wedding and it was a lovely place in a great area close to the beach and the courthouse. Definitely stay here when you visit Santa Barbara!

The house is very cute with tons of potential. The check in was a little tricky, but we got it figured out. The only complaint I had is that the coffee pot did not work. The owner did say he's replacing it but that didn't help us while we were there. Luckily there were tons of coffee shops walkable from the house. Great location! Would stay there again as the owner says he is doing a major renovation and upgrade.

Chapala Gardens is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Santa Barbara. You can walk to many wonderful restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is stocked with everything you need for a delightful stay.

Everything was perfect! We absolutely had a wonderful experience from the location, to great communication with hosts. The home is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooftop is a very special treat for the guests!! 10/10

Great location. We especially enjoyed spending quiet time on the front porch watching the hummingbirds. The house is so beautiful that many people walking by took photos of it! We would love to return. Many thanks to your housekeeper as she was most friendly and helpful.

Great location - only 2 blocks to the beach - and plenty of room for 2 people. Did not use the kitchen but it was more than adequately stocked with a large refrigerator.

Best Stay in Santa Barbara

My family and I had the best time in Santa Barbara. This house is close to everything. And the room top garden was beautiful.

This location is very convenient to all of the East Beach restaurants and the beach itself. The hosts were very helpful in trying to help us find keys, troubleshoot, etc. while they were away, they were still available via phone. They also supplied beach, chairs and towels, which was a great bonus for us. The wicker chairs on the front porch were our favorite hangout spot. Thank you for all that you did for us while we were there.

Perfect location & wonderful building. Great host!

We had a wonderful stay at 118 Chapala Garden. Sandy was great with communication and the place was absolutely amazing ... especially having access to the beautiful rooftop garden. Location was perfect ... close to everything!
