Stroll to the Paseo Nuevo open-air shopping center, explore 20+ nearby wine tasting rooms, or head straight down to the waterfront for ocean views, dining, and nightlife.

🛋 The Space

- Double occupancy studio with a Cal King bed, oversized private shower, and smart TV.
- Kitchenette with dishware, mini-fridge, kitchen sink, and a Nespresso coffee machine. (no stove)
- Smart TV with streaming (no cable)


🌿 Guest Access & Amenities

- Private Entry plus a dedicated parking spot (with Tesla charger, first-come, first-served).
- Shared Backyard Oasis – Relax with a fountain, outdoor seating, and BBQ grills.
- This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs are equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. All TVs and wifi are connected to 2x100 Mbps connections.
- Self-Check-In. The doors are equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS.
- Free parking in a private parking lot
- No daily housekeeping; refresh service available for 5+ night stays (by request)
- Unit is accessed through the front of the building and shares an indoor lobby with another studio unit (unit #1). This unit is completely private with its own locked entry.

- Contactless stay - no front desk or office
- 24/7 emergency hospitality line
- Hospitality team is always available via text/call/chat from 5 am–1 am

- Two pets max (excludes certified service animals and ESAs)
- Pet fees apply per pet, per stay
- Please, no animals on furniture. Do not leave pets unattended or crated in the unit
- Must disclose pet when booking or after reservation

- No parties or events allowed
- No early check-ins or late check-outs. The cleaning team will welcome you by SMS if your apartment is ready before check-in time

- Full refund available up to 24 hours before check-in
